Breakfast at EggHaus

I caught a quick breakfast this morning with my foodie friends Tha Fat Girl Food Chronicles and Fashionably Late Foodie at EggHaus in the Heights.  All of us had been eyeing the cute breakfast spot, so when I received an invite to come try their new speciality croissant, we made it a date! The Drinks Mexican Hot Chocolate For coffee drinkers, EggHaus offers plain ole American black coffee, lattes, espresso and cold brew.  I am not one for coffee, so I went for the Mexican Hot Chocolate which is served with cinnamon.  Considering that it was a little [...]

Kitchen & Cantina in Memorial for their weekend breakfast!  It is so good and worth the early morning wake up! The bar area! The Drinks Since it was still breakfast, I kind of expected to only be offered coffee and OJ (hold the pulp).  Well the one thing that feels brunch like would be the drink menu.   The brunch cocktails include sangria, bloody marys and the [...]

House of Blues Gospel Brunch

Alright, I am guessing that like me, many of my followers have heard of the House of Blues Gospel Brunch which is held monthly at House of Blues locations around the country.   Also, like me many of you probably have never been partly because you are not sure what to expect.  I mean it is not MY church so will they play OUR kind of gospel music?? And what about the food? Will it be good? These are all questions I wondered after being offered two passes to the House of Blues Gospel Brunch sponsored by Cricket Wireless.  I grabbed [...]
