Pinkerton’s Texas Pit Barbecue

Passion Fruit Ginger Cocktail

    Well hello April!  Spring time is when Houston shines!  Our brief winter is a distant memory and yet we have not reached peak Houston humidity or heat.  For that reason, I love to hang out outdoors on patios with family and friends before it gets too hot.   Of course, a visit to the patio requires a cocktail!  Enter my new creation, a Passion Fruit Ginger Cocktail!
