Every year Houston's best and greatest restaurants partner up with the Houston Food Bank for a fundraiser that benefits a worthy cause.  For anywhere from $25-45 you can enjoy the top of the line restaurants in Houston and best of all $4-7 of your purchase goes to Houston Food Bank.  This will be my fourth year partaking in this month long event.  What I like most, is that it is a great opportunity to try some budget buster restaurants, especially steak houses. Diner En Blanc Tips & Review

This past Sunday marked Houston's Inaugural Diner En Blanc.  Despite my previous snarky post, I actually had a good time! I am already planning for next year's event and eyeing traveling to another location for the event, like Miami, New Orleans or better yet Paris where it all started.  Here is how it all went. Diner En Blanc: The Preparations

  So last summer while stalking the Instagram pages of the Blood Sweat and Heels cast, I saw a pop up dinner event that several of them attended. Everyone was dressed in fabulous all white outfits. They brought their own food, alcohol, and table decorations. Finding Great Local Restaurants

Surprisingly to some, Houston is really home to great restaurants. Our restaurant landscape is constantly changing so there are always some new critically acclaimed restaurant to try. Starting a Supper Club/ Foodie Group

My foodie group :) Anyone who loves to eat out like me needs to be a member of a supper club or a foodie group!
